Fails on assets with urls ending "/+esm"

I tried to import the module (from jsdelivr)

jsmodule = ES6Module("https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/@niivue/niivue@0.56.0/+esm")

It fails with
ERROR: SystemError: opening file "C:\\Users\\<user>\\.julia\\Bonito\\niivue.js\\niivue.js.bundled.0/+esm": No such file or directory

Other esm packages like threejs work fine and another +esm package that I found failed in the same way. So I think it is related to the +esm filename.
