Emelichev</a>, and his Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering in 2011 from <A HREF="http://www.mines-stetienne.fr/">&Eacute;cole des Mines de Saint-&Eacute;tienne</A> (France), advised by <a href="https://scholar.google.com/citations?user=Q72hBIgAAAAJ&hl=en">Olga Batta&iuml;a</a> and <a href="https://scholar.google.com/citations?user=74xSJb0AAAAJ&hl=en">Alexandre Dolgui</a>.
