We verify and test the best coaches before bringing them onto our team. You can QueueUp through a few different Queue Types — get instantly matched with available coaches, book direct sessions right now, or schedule future sessions with the coach of your choice.

Right now, we only offer League of Legends, but more games are on the way. If there's a game you'd like to see next, join our Discord (discord.gg/queueup) and let us know — we're always expanding based on player demand.

We currently offer three types of coaching:

Instant — choose one coach out of four random available coaches.

Direct — filter and select a specific coach currently online.

Booking — schedule a session in advance with a specific coach for a future date.

Every coach goes through a rigorous multi-step process. We look for proven experience, past coaching results, verified credibility, and English proficiency. Each coach completes tryouts and test sessions before being approved. We also continually monitor performance, feedback, and quality — removing coaches that no longer meet our standards. The longer you use QueueUp, the better your experience gets.

If you QueueUp Instant, you'll be matched and in a session almost immediately after picking your coach. You'll have five minutes to select a coach once they appear. If you don't select one within that window, your Queue Coins will be refunded automatically. Note: repeatedly queueing to cycle through coaches may result in a ban. If you want a specific coach, book directly or use the Booking option.

Instant & Direct: You'll be redirected to a built-in chat on the website. If you close it by accident, you can rejoin anytime by pressing "Return to Session" at the top of your screen. Inside the chat, you'll receive a Discord code to use in our Discord (discord.gg/queueup) server, where your private coaching session takes place.

Booking: At your start time, go through the site or follow the link emailed to you. You'll be redirected to your chat room and provided your Discord code to join your private session.

We're gamers — of course. All sessions and support are run through discord.gg/queueup for smooth communication.

Yes! Near the end of your session, you can press "Add Time" to request more time. If your coach approves, your session continues — otherwise, it ends normally. You can always book again directly or schedule another future session.

Instant: choose one of four randomly selected available coaches.

Direct/Booking: choose any coach, preferences, or filters you want.

Instant is great for testing the waters or meeting new coaches quickly. Direct/Booking gives you full control over your coach choice, session time, and preferences — often at higher rates since coaches set their own prices.

No we do not store your payment information. All payments are done via 3rd party providers such as Stripe and PayPal. QueueUp has no access to your card information.

Sessions are paid for using Queue Coins. Click the "+" next to your coin balance at the top of the screen when logged in to purchase more.

Queue Coins can be purchased directly on the site using: Stripe, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.

Everyone starts as a Standard member.

VIP Tier: unlocked after 5 completed sessions. Includes priority access for Instant/Direct queues, a Discord role, and entry into future giveaways.

GOLD Tier: paid upgrade ($20/month). Includes a 25 Queue Coin coupon, 10% discount on all orders, a Discord role, and top priority access to Instant/Direct queues.

Open your dashboard or click on your tier at the top of the screen. From there, you can cancel or pause your subscription anytime.

You can block or favorite coaches from your dashboard.

Blocked: these coaches won't appear in your queues again.

Favorite: easily find your favorite coaches to rebook future sessions.

You have 5 minutes after purchase to request a cancellation for a full Queue Coin refund. Once a session starts, refunds and cancellations aren't available. If you experience an issue or poor experience, open a support ticket in our Discord — our team will review and handle it fairly.
