runtest: Fix mmm equivalent

This was installing all modules defined in Soong, since we always load
the Soong-generated Makefile for mm/mmm. So use MODULES-IN-* instead of
all_modules.

Also switch to the new GET-INSTALL-PATH-IN-* arguments.
