First part of contentaccess annotation processor prototype

Only generates method bodies for @ContentQuery (insertions, deletions and
updates to follow).

Doesn't return for now, only generates up to and including the cursor query.

Error handling is done through excetions for now, should eventually
be done the right "annotation processor" way.

Uploading for an early preview before tomorrow's sync.

Test: look at generated Impl file
