It heavily depends, but generally speaking—I think that Gemini is subjectively better than ChatGPT at gathering information. Maybe because it’s made by Google? Supposedly, they already have a ton of data from their search engine which they can refine and feed into the models to train them. Apart from that, they can also give the models infinite access to the web, so they can always pull in new information.It really depends on how much you use AI and what you use it for. If you’re primarily using it for summarizing, explaining, general questions, etc. I would say that Gemini is a considerably better choice. Even more so because it’s free to use and you generally can’t hit the daily limits, even if you use it frequently like I do.

This is the best AI there is and there will be. Never failed me, helps with absolutely ANYTHING, I love it. Unlike GPT it has it’s own opinion and stands behind its’ words and protects it’s statement by facts and real proof. It creates images for free and has no problems that I caught.

I’ve been paying for Gemini Pro expecting a professional-grade development tool, but what I actually got was an AI that actively sabotaged my project, ONY𝕏. For 50 BGN monthly, this model fails at basic SVG geometry, hallucinates constantly, and loops through the same errors like a broken record.The ultimate absurdity? This 'assistant' is more skilled at providing instructions on how to delete my hard work than it is at helping me build it. A massive waste of time and nerves for any serious iOS developer. Google, this isn't a Pro product; it's a paid beta test conducted at the customer's expense. Absolute disgrace.

I’m testing alternatives to ChatGPT and like the answers and more factual tone of Gemini (vs pleasing the user by ChatGPT)But UX wise I find that Gemini has significantly more words where it misunderstands me when using speech to text than ChatGPT :/ makes it much more friction.Also a bit annoying that when going for live voice chat there is no chat transcript for that
