What we love: Having access to pro tools, such as detailed white-balance calibration, ISO range limits and Apple Log support. Import your own lookup tables (LUTs) to give unprocessed footage a consistent, colour-graded aesthetic.

Quick tip: The new Profiles feature lets you quickly switch shooting configurations. Save preferences like processing modes and exposure and white-balance settings, then recall them with a tap.

Meet the creator: The independent team behind Moment Pro Camera II drew inspiration from the tactile, approachable design of synthesisers, game controllers and physical cameras when building their app. “We want users to capture the moment and create their look – not fight a UI to get there,” says software lead Devan Flaherty.
