Original versions of Apple TV were a bit buggy but the app has improved a lot over the years. I also love that they (finally) added a setting for disabling automatically playing the next episode. There’s still room for improving usability further but the app is on the right track.

Reliable app with great variety and quality of content

I really enjoy the shows on Apple TV, especially the sci-fi shows like Pluribus, Severance and Silo. I think Apple One ($29) is actually a pretty good deal considering that the basic Netflix plan alone is now $23. Also, Apple TV doesn’t have tiered pricing like Netflix and offers the best possible picture quality. The app has been relatively reliable across my devices except for when the QuickTime used to flicker on my Mac last time, but the issue has since been fixed.The other issue is that the movies for purchase are quite expensive, especially the older movies which should be cheaper with time. When Apple TV was first released, the pricing wasn’t as egregious.

Clean interface and great originals but not much sharing option

Great app and good shows but why is there no sharing option to an instagram story? Netflix has this option which is great to share shows on social media. Somehow you can only share as a message to a friend o Instagram. This would be the missing piece to the 4 star instead of a 5.
