I began my fitness journey 15 years ago. Poor coaching led me to overtrain with cardio, eat low-calorie diets, and limit my food options, causing me to experience various health issues. I took fitness into my own hands and became a certified personal trainer, nutritionist, and life coach. Today, I prioritize weight training, emphasize progressive overload, and eat whole foods without restrictions.
Through my health and fitness journey, I found self-love, and I found my purpose: helping other women choose themselves. My training method is not image driven, but rather moving and fuelling our bodies as the amazing machines that they are.
