Subject: [ruby-core:103547] List of CI sites to check

Hello everybody,

Due to various personal reasons, I haven't done much Ruby development in 
the last year, but I really want to get back.

I thought I had a bunch of tabs with the various CI sites for Ruby, but 
had to discover that these tabs got lost.

I looked for a list of CI sites for Ruby at
https://bugs.ruby-lang.org/projects/ruby/wiki/DeveloperHowto, but didn't 
find such a list. I'm glad to add such a list to that page, or create an 
additional page, but would like to get pointers. One pointer that I was 
able to reconstruct from memory is
https://ci.appveyor.com/project/ruby/ruby,
but I know there are quite a few others.
