RCMP attended a hit and run collision at the corner of 49 Avenue and 37 Street on Monday afternoon.
Police say the collision occurred at approximately 4:28 p.m. on Jan. 26. Airbags deployed and both vehicles ended up off the roadway.
According to RCMP, the suspect vehicle ran the other vehicle off the road before leaving the scene.
A witness told police the driver who fled was laughing and pointing at the victim as they drove away.
RCMP later located the suspect vehicle and arrested the driver. Charges are pending.
