How to repeat:
- unpack mysql-4.1.0-alpha-src.zip
- open the \mysql-4.1.0-alpha\mysql.dsw with VC++ 6 
- run 'build all'

Suggested fix:
add ctype-latin1_de.c to mysql-4.1.0-alpha-src.zip

Please just remove that file from the project it doesn't makes
part anymore of the string stuff.
