Two acquisitions in twelve days. HostPapa acquired Hostwinds today, adding self-owned data centers in Seattle, Dallas, and Amsterdam to its portfolio. Hostwinds has been running its own infrastructure since 2010 - 2N redundancy, 99.9999% uptime, PC Magazine Editors' Choice multiple years running. The strategic logic is clear: Seattle adds Pacific Northwest infrastructure. Amsterdam strengthens HostPapa's European footprint. And Hostwinds' developer-grade VPS and reseller product lines sit in a segment where HostPapa's portfolio had less depth. The pace is worth noting. HostPapa closed a deal on April 17 (Tailor Made Servers in Dallas) and another on April 29. That's not sequential deal-making - that's a parallel pipeline. With a $130M credit facility in place, this is unlikely to be the last move this year.
