What a week in Miami! 🌴 As the Owner Relations Technology team makes its way back to BC, we’ve been reflecting on what made the past week so memorable. A big thank you to the Independent Hotel Show Miami & Miki Zambella LaSalle for putting on another fantastic event. There’s tremendous value in bringing the hospitality community together in person — sharing ideas, discussing innovation, and, most importantly, listening and learning from one another. We were also fortunate to spend time on-site with several of our valued clients. Visiting their beautiful coastal properties, connecting with their teams, and hearing firsthand how Owner Relations is helping shape the ownership experience is always incredibly valuable to us. Thank you as well to Infor and Acrylic for co-hosting our networking event at 1 Hotel South Beach, and to everyone who joined us for the evening. It was a great opportunity to reconnect with familiar faces and build some new relationships along the way. Our biggest takeaway from the week? In an increasingly digital hospitality industry, nothing beats human connection. We’re grateful for every conversation, every piece of feedback, and every opportunity to learn from the people we work alongside.
