Workshops to invent the product - value proposition canvas. Politinn and Applifting teams work together to invent the product and specify it using usser stories. Programming the app and submitting the finished sprints for user testing and validation.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Finished - programmed parts of the application that could be presented to our clients and tested with them

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Everything was always delivered on time. The supplier was very responsive to our needs. He himself came up with suggestions on how to solve problems in the form of workshops where we could learn new approaches or brought in new experts.

What was your primary form of communication with Applifting?

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I had the feeling that this turquoise company really cares about their people (their personal development) and you could tell they approached their work with enthusiasm and energy. I felt that Applifting also cared about the success of our project and did what they could to make it happen.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Applifting could have done differently?

During the implementation of the project, there were always regular circle meetings. Both sides presented what they had a problem with and we discussed how we can solve them together and improve what is needed.

What advice do you have for clients with similar needs to yours?

Our project was a startup. I would advise other clients in this area to spend enough time validating the ideas and vision of the project and not to hurry with the implementation, even when pressured by investors.
