  Secure Tenant Portal : The company built a secure tenant portal that centralizes communication, lease document storage, and digital payments. Tenants now have one place to manage their information, reducing confusion and making interactions smoother.
• AI Chatbot and Voice Bot : They provided AI-powered chatbots and voice bots that handle routine tenant queries, service requests, and building information. These are available in the app and even through smart speakers in newer buildings, which makes support accessible 24/7.
• Predictive Maintenance Dashboards : Using AI dashboards, our facilities team can now predict equipment failures before they happen. This has improved response times and reduced unexpected breakdowns, leading to smoother building operations.
• NLP Tools for Lease Management : The company implemented NLP-based tools that scan lease contracts automatically. These tools highlight key clauses and expiration terms, ensuring nothing important is overlooked and reducing manual review time.

The devs use their initiative to build solutions. They dont have to come back to you asking you questions all the time. They use common sense to make flows intuitive and will pleasantly surprise you by coming up with better ways of doing things than you would have thought of.

They are always able to answer questions and get things done fast. Will answer slack/ whatsapp/ email queries fast. They jump on bugs immediately and fix things.

They deliver and by using their initiative, common sense and expertise, they will build something better than you anticipated with more functionality and will get it done on time and on budget. This is truly remarkable and unique.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No, they are awesome and highly recommended. As a doctor, we need precise, functioning, bug-free software that just works. And that is what Appsums have delivered time and time again.
