I’m the CEO of an engineering solutions firm. We have a CRM and a tablet solution.

What challenge were you trying to address with ArhamSoft?

We needed developers to help complete our projects.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They’ve provided us a set group of developers that work with me to develop bespoke software solutions. We’ve worked within .NET and Angular environments, operating in an MVC framework. We’ve also developed iOS and Android solutions.

What is the team composition?

They provide me with six team members.

How did you come to work with ArhamSoft?

A colleague of mine and their CEO were both lecturers at the same university, so he put them on my radar.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent about $1.2 million.

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve worked together since October 2010.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They’re very good. Regardless of what skill sets I need for my team, I can always call them up and have the right person placed with me. They can provide all the advantages of a big company and a small company. Even as we moved to another company to handle penetration testing, they’ve still provided initial testing and helped me prepare for the full testing process. As we’ve moved toward working on our table solution, they’ve been great at helping me develop Android screens. In certain situations, they’ve provided PHP, Linux, GPS, and Spanish HTML support.

How did ArhamSoft perform from a project management standpoint?

They report to me each morning and I give them a list of tasks to complete for the day. We had previously used JIRA to help simplify project management, but are now moving to a freeware solution. Their CEO is always available and responsive.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re honest and not afraid to call me if they have feedback on anything we’re doing. They’ve taken the time to fully understand our projects so they can truly be a part of them and help me find the best possible solutions. I’m confident that they can provide developers that can solve any problems I encounter. Even if they don’t have an internal teammate, they’ll connect you with an external resource.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think so. I hope they don’t change anything about their business model as they expand.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

If you’ve got development needs, give them a call. I’d recommend them to anyone and everyone. Their CEO personally gets involved in the project and will help wherever possible. He sincerely wants every project to be successful.
