First Application: A reporting tool that aggregates data from various hospitals, designed to be HIPAA compliant and focused on operational metrics for hospital administrators.
Second Application: A physician dashboard that allows for managing and tracking patient’s hospital visits, facilitating peer review and amendments to medical reports.
Third Application: An analytics dashboard that uses CPT codes to provide detailed statistical insights into medical procedures and outcomes, supporting physicians in making data-driven decisions.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since the resolution of initial developmental challenges and the launch of these applications, we have seen a significant improvement in operational efficiency and physician engagement. The applications have enabled more precise and faster medical reviews and case tracking, leading to enhanced patient care and compliance with health standards. Feedback from users—primarily physicians—has been overwhelmingly positive, noting particularly the improved collaboration and data accessibility

 The project management was effectively handled through a combination of agile methodologies, regular stand-ups, and strategic reviews, ensuring that all project milestones were met on schedule. The use of tools like JIRA for task management and Slack for communication ensured transparency and efficient workflow between ManX and CodeFulcrum’s teams. They did deliver items on time and whenever there was a stopper it was addressed with direct communication and resolved
