Firstly we sat on a call to see whether this cooperation would be a match. We thoroughly discussed our needs, precisely determined our expectations regarding developers' experience, skills, etc. The person on the call clearly explained everything, explained the steps of the recruitment and the overall workflow and communication between the agency and us, presented the people responsible for the recruitment and told us that they will start looking for such developers after the call.

In about a week we received first information about the candidates that could be a fit. DevsData recruited exceptional PHP developers for my company. I was really impressed not just with their technical skills, but also with the level of communication and business consulting expertise to a certain extent. This is a hugely important aspect for my company as we are a software agency consulting for international US-based clients. I was really struggling with finding the talent before, receiving a significant volume of applicants from our internal channels. However, the vast majority of profiles were just not good enough.

The designers who wanted to work with us definitely did not match our company in terms of character, communication, or technical skills.

During the conversation, I learned that the recruitment process is fully customizable to our needs and we can change it at will. It suited us very well that I could be a part of the process and take care of the recruitment interviews with the candidates. After a series of online calls and signing the contract, the DevsData team began the search.

During regular weekly meetings, they reported back to us on their progress and sent us complete candidate recommendations. The candidates they sent us have set the bar very high. To be honest, I was not the one responsible for making the decision in the first place. I was involved in the process in the interview stages, not before them. As far as I know, DevsData has been one of our approved recruitment agencies for quite some time

The process is really comprehensive, depending on the seniority level, often comprised of 6 stages on our end with a relatively low hit rate. I was really surprised when I received two exceptionally good candidates in a row. I was curious where they came from and contacted the HR department. They informed me that the candidates are from an external agency called DevsData

Later on, we've involved them in our other internal recruitment processes at Amazon. The roles included mostly Machine Learning engineers, Python developers, natural language processing specialists and project managers. I'm very satisfied with all the hires and highly recommend DevsData further.

Like I wrote before, I’ve met DevsData only after the Machine Learning recruitment to bring them in on other processes. What I can say, however, is that since then, working with them has been a pleasure, they are communicative and work very transparently, which is not to be understated because some recruitment agencies do not contact you until they’ve got a candidate they think you will appreciate, whereas DevsData is continually perfecting the candidate’s profiles in order to find the best ones possible.
