We operate our own DSP and have exclusive access to premium traffic sources, including OEMs like Samsung, Oppo, Xiaomi, and Huawei, and direct inventory from partners like Advenworks studio. With deep industry expertise and full transparency, we turn growth challenges into scalable results.

They’ve handled the creation, development, and UX design of our client dashboard with a high level of professionalism from start to finish. The measurable outcomes from the project with Exec9 were clear and impactful:

Dashboard delivery time: We went from initial concept to a fully functional client dashboard in just under 4 weeks. 
User adoption: Within the first month post-launch, over 85% of our clients transitioned to the new dashboard, with positive feedback on usability.

Exec9’s project management was outstanding, especially thanks to Ahmad and Inaam. They were both incredibly professional, organized, and proactive from start to finish. Each project milestone was delivered on time — often even earlier than expected.

They were highly responsive to our needs, always available to answer questions or adjust priorities when needed. Their flexibility, speed, and attention to detail made the collaboration smooth and efficient. Truly a pleasure to work with.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impressed us most about Exec9 was how consistently reachable and responsive they were. No matter the time or day, Ahmad and Inaam were always available to answer questions, provide updates, or jump in on urgent needs, even today ! 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Exec9 could have done differently?

Overall, we were extremely happy with Exec9’s work. If there’s one area for potential improvement, it might be to implement a bit more structured documentation throughout the development process — just to make handovers and future updates even smoother. 
That said, their flexibility and responsiveness more than made up for it, and we always felt supported at every stage.

The project is long over-due. This means I had to re-plan certain aspects. That being said, there has also been input and feedback from me that has prolonged the project. They have been very helpful with providing insights and in trying to understand my needs and requests.

They have been a good company to work with. Even though the project has taken much longer than anticipated, they have had a good understanding of my budget limitations and tries to keep it from going too much over budget.

More updates on time estimations for completions and milestones.
