Our company needed top-notch consultancy in terms of further development of our portfolio's company product, which was an audio and video communication tool.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal was to evaluate the potential for the development of further functionalities in the video/audio communication tool, which required an expert knowledge in this field.

Once we selected the few companies, we had a meeting with every one of them. Globe Group was the most competent one and we really liked their approach which was strictly targeted to meet our needs. After introducing them to our portfolio company, we knew that we have found the right partner to cooperate with.

What was the team composition?

The whole project was lead by Project Manager (Wojciech Krystowski) who was handling the communication between both sides. During the call we were also talking with team leader, who was communicating with our portfolio's company CTO.

The main output and consultancy from Globe Group helped us to reorganize the company's product roadmap and to move forward with product development. Thanks to them, the team was able to launch the product on the market.

Crucial factor was Globe Group’s documented experience in delivering web and mobile applications.

At first, we participated in a project workshop, which allowed us to come up with an outstanding concept - it was an outcome of collected data including needs, company requirements, target group's insight and also conclusions regarding the results of previous solutions.

On the next stage, we have used our concept as a foundation for functional mock-ups, which were finally turned into graphic designs. The whole process took us 3 months, I had stayed informed about any updates.

Graphic design of the website: scenter.pl has met our expectations both functional and visual.

I am truly satisfied with Globe Group’s results. A creative workshop was conducted professionally and allowed a smooth transition to the next stage. I am glad that my, and our team input was taken into consideration and had a significant remark in the final results.

For 2 years now we have offered our clients loyalty programme (B2C) - it allows to exchange points for products via mobile app. Our team in cooperation with Globe Group is responsible for maintaining and programme development.

Creating a concept for new type of award which would not require a postal delivery to client and implementing it to already existing programme.
