We go wayback, so I don't know anymore how I selected P2H.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
We create a project brief with the designs. Those get evaluated by P2H, to give an estimate of the project. Once the client agrees on the costs, P2H will start development. When development is finished, we check everything and start with filling content at our end.

Project manager and sometimes we speak with developers.
