Please describe your company and your position there.

We run the largest exhibition center and concert venue in Norway. I am the CTO and have IT operation at both centers and also an internal development team to build a tailored platform to run our venues.

As we build a modular, web based system - we hired inFullMobile to help out building the component that is used by exhibitors at expos and a tailored sales CRM towards selling stands/rooms.

What were your goals for this project?

Optimize the workflow internally and give tools to our customers to take over more of small and labor intensive processes.

They helped design and build a front-end demanding sales CRM with up to 5000 cards shown on one Kanban board. Build towards our own backend to perform well and load smart.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Well, we knew it would have a great impact and the result shows for it. We have thousands of exhibitors every year and by reducing the time we spend with each one has great influence on our bottom line revenue.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

If anything - we should have been more effective in leading the project from our side and scoped the project with more clarity. However, inFullMobile helped us out in every phase and showed understanding and adapted with our pace.

Intent helped conduct user research and created mobile apps for iOS and Android for our brand new device that uses EEG sensors to track focus and productivity to help people improve their work habits and reduce burnout. Through Intent's user research and UX design, we built easy to use apps that enhanced our user experience.
