I'm the lead of a global delivery center for an energy company that manufactures equipment for the energy sector.

What challenge were you trying to address with IT Teams?

We required IT staff augmentation

What was the scope of their involvement?

IT Teams provides us with IT resources for external roles where we feel there's no need to hire interns. For every open role, I provide them with job descriptions, and we use a similar approach as if we would hire someone internally. Thus far, they've provided us with different resources, such as project managers and data analysts.

What is the team composition?

I've worked with three teammates from IT Teams. Manesh (Business Development Manager) is my main point of contact, but I've also communicated with two of their colleagues occasionally.

How did you come to work with IT Teams?

I already knew them from a previous experience in another agency. They were great on that project.

How much have you invested with them?

We've spent around $500,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in 2022, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The resources IT Teams has provided us with are engaged and delivering as expected. The team has found the right candidates for us, and the feedback has been very good.

How did IT Teams perform from a project management standpoint?

Given that IT Teams' resources only complement our workforce, it's difficult to measure their project management skills because they don't deliver projects by themselves. However, IT Teams has provided us with resources in a timely manner.

Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?

I would like to give a shout-out to Manesh.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The speed with which IT Teams answers our requests is impressive.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Based on the services we need from them, there are no major improvements they could make. Of course, everyone could be better, so they could be faster, deliver better CVs, or be cheaper. Still, there's no need to do so.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

If you need similar services to ours, IT Teams is a reliable partner.
