Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.
NextLeft is helping CyberTruckCo be the dominant online authority for premium Cybertruck accessories through a comprehensive digital transformation. The engagement begins with a complete technical SEO audit and website optimization, ensuring fast load times, mobile responsiveness, and proper schema markup across all product pages. This foundation work includes keyword research and content strategy development for 50+ high-value pages, along with enhanced product descriptions and metadata optimization for the entire catalog.
The geographic expansion strategy focuses on capturing local and regional markets where Cybertruck ownership is highest. NextLeft will optimize Google My Business profiles, build citations across 30+ automotive directories, and create state-specific landing pages for key markets like California, Texas, and Florida. This local presence will be amplified through targeted Google Ads campaigns combining Shopping and Search ads, complemented by social media advertising on Instagram and Facebook where the Cybertruck community is most active.
Content marketing and authority building form the ongoing backbone of the strategy, with monthly blog content covering installation guides, product comparisons, and Cybertruck culture. NextLeft will execute an outreach campaign to secure 20+ high-authority backlinks from automotive publications while optimizing video content for YouTube discovery. Email marketing automation will capture abandoned carts and drive repeat purchases through post-purchase sequences.
Performance tracking and optimization ensure measurable ROI through Google Analytics 4 setup, comprehensive conversion tracking, and monthly performance dashboards. The 6-month initial engagement includes quarterly strategy reviews to refine tactics based on data-driven insights, with clear KPIs for traffic growth, keyword rankings, and revenue attribution.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
In under 6 months, NextLeft delivered exceptional results that transformed CyberTruckCo's digital presence and revenue. The SEO strategy more than doubled organic traffic, driving qualified buyers directly to product pages through improved rankings for high-intent keywords like "Cybertruck lift kit" and "Tesla Cybertruck accessories." This organic growth established a sustainable foundation for long-term visibility without ongoing ad spend.
The Google Ads Shopping campaigns became a primary growth driver, fueling over 300% increase in e-commerce sales by precisely targeting Cybertruck owners at the moment of purchase intent. These campaigns achieved strong ROAS through optimized product feeds, strategic bidding on commercial keywords, and continuous testing of ad creative that resonated with the Cybertruck community's unique aesthetic preferences.
The combined impact of organic and paid strategies created a multiplier effect on overall business performance. The doubling of SEO traffic reduced customer acquisition costs while the 300% sales increase from paid campaigns provided immediate revenue to reinvest in inventory and marketing. This integrated approach positioned CyberTruckCo as the go-to destination for premium Cybertruck accessories, capturing significant market share during the critical early adoption phase of the vehicle's lifecycle.
Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?
NextLeft has demonstrated excellent project management throughout our ongoing engagement, consistently delivering milestones on schedule. They established weekly check-ins and use a shared dashboard providing real-time visibility into campaign performance. Their team remains highly responsive, typically addressing urgent requests within 24 hours and proactively communicating when market changes require strategy adjustments. When we needed to pivot quickly to capitalize on viral Cybertruck moments, they restructured campaigns within days, showing the agility essential for success in the fast-moving aftermarket space.
What was your primary form of communication with NextLeft?
Virtual Meeting
Email or Messaging App
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
NextLeft's standout capability has been their pioneering approach to GEO/AI search optimization, positioning CyberTruckCo's content to dominate AI-powered search results before competitors even recognized this opportunity. They structured our product data and content specifically for AI systems, ensuring we appear prominently when ChatGPT or Perplexity users ask about Cybertruck modifications.
Their ROAS performance exceeded expectations, achieving 400%+ returns on Shopping campaigns through precise feed optimization and rapid regional targeting during Cybertruck delivery waves. This combination of next-generation AI search strategy and proven performance marketing delivered measurable results that directly impacted our bottom line.
Are there any areas for improvement or something NextLeft could have done differently?
While NextLeft has delivered exceptional results, earlier integration of video content optimization could have accelerated our YouTube presence given how heavily the Cybertruck community relies on installation videos and visual demonstrations. They eventually developed a strong video strategy, but prioritizing this from day one would have captured more top-of-funnel traffic sooner.

NextLeft serves as the digital marketing partner to a sporting goods company. They handle keyword research, make changes to the client’s site based on SEO best practices, and drive strategy.
With their work leading to significant increases in organic traffic to the site, NextLeft has performed well. Organic traffic made up half of the client’s sales in the most recent month, so the firm’s work has been valuable. Their team is flexible with scheduling and consistently meets deadlines.

BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the marketing manager of a golf swing trainer manufacturer. I also handle operations management for the company.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with NextLeft?
We needed someone to manage our SEO efforts.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
They handle keyword research and make keyword-related recommendations for our blogs. Their team ensures our site is working correctly as well, making sure our pages and links are set up properly. They also occasionally advise us on PPC-related matters.
What is the team composition?
I work directly with Brian (Director of Client Services) and Rob (Director of SEO).
How did you come to work with NextLeft?
We had worked with other companies in the same capacity before them, but we weren’t happy with what we were getting. NextLeft was recommended to us by a third-party logistics provider we were using for fulfillment services. We’ve been working with them ever since.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent somewhere between $30,000–$35,000 with them.
What is the status of this engagement?
We’ve worked together since September 2019. They’re our most reliable partner.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We’re mostly concerned with site health and making sure our other efforts are being recognized in our online presence. They’ve driven significant increases in organic traffic, with 50% of our sales coming from this traffic last month. Their team has definitely delivered. We’ve been happy with them.
How did NextLeft perform from a project management standpoint?
They’ve been really accommodating of the difficulties in our schedules. They always meet deadlines.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They’ve been very helpful and remain flexible in order to meet our needs.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Be engaged in your work with them. They’re great at giving recommendations, but you have to follow up on what they tell you to do for everything to truly work.

NextLeft provides technical SEO services to a firm that sells packaging supplies. The team delivered URL structures and a site map for a new website that was launched. The partnership is ongoing.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this
client over the phone. Below is an edited
transcript.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the director of marketing at Paper Mart, a family-owned and operated business that’s been around for almost 100 years. We sell packaging supplies, and we’re strictly e-commerce. Our products range from mailing and shipping supplies to gift packaging, crafting, DIY ribbons and bows, tissue paper, and other similar items.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with NextLeft?
We’d noticed over the last year and half that our organic traffic was declining, and the other agencies that we were working with didn’t have the right strategy to turn that around.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
We launched a brand new website last year, and NextLeft helped us prepare all of that content. They also revised our URL structure. We have over 26,000 products, which makes for a large number of URLs and redirects. They also built a site map for the new site and helped us revamp our navigation menu to be more targeted for specific keywords.
Now that the site is up and running, NextLeft uses reports to find items that we’ve missed. From there, they can correct links, implement redirects, and clean up any bugs. For example, if we find content missing on a page, they’ll come in and make the necessary edits.
What is the team composition?
I’ve worked with a total of three individuals from NextLeft. Casey (VP of Client Services, NextLeft) is my project manager.
How did you come to work with NextLeft?
We’d gone through several different agencies before we happened upon NextLeft. They came through as a peer referral from a friend in the industry.
How much have you invested with them?
We’re spending $6,000 per month for their services.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started in March 2019, and the partnership is ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
NextLeft has been crucial in getting us through our site launch. We’ve watched some of our products move to the first page of search results, which leads to more traffic and higher revenue. Those numbers dropped initially when we launched the new site, but now we’re seeing consistent growth.
How did NextLeft perform from a project management standpoint?
They’re very organized, which makes a huge difference for me. They set call agendas, they follow up in a timely fashion, and they do so without being pushy or overbearing. That project management piece—their ability to keep track of everything—is one of their best qualities.
In terms of tools, we use Google Docs to share data. They’ll run their reports and put their findings on a document that we can access and edit. Occasionally, we’ll ask for unanticipated reports, and they’re always upfront with us about the results and what they mean for the project. This allows us to work together with them on deciding what our focus will be. It’s a fluid partnership.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They’ve taken the time to get to know us, to the point where we feel like they’ve taken ownership and want us to win. Other third-party vendors don’t bring that level of investment.
Even during the pitching stage, they showed us a relatively simple fix to a problem that we hadn’t yet identified. We could tell early on that they knew their stuff.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I can’t think of anything.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Let them know what’s important to you. List out your company objects, and let them adjust their approach to your specific account. Giving them as much information as possible—even the history of your firm and the products that you offer—will help.
For example, there was a situation where they wanted us to focus on a specific product because it garnered a lot of traffic. We decided against that because the product is being sold at such a low price that it doesn’t make a significant impact on our revenue. Working with a vendor is a two-way street, and you need to be able to share information and concerns.

NextLeft has been providing SEO and paid digital ad campaigns for a local credit union. They set up the client's Google ads and social media advertising.

The client submitted this review online.
BACKGROUND
Please describe your company and your position there.
I am the Marketing Coordinator at a local Credit Union in my area. I help manage all aspects of our marketing strategy and execution.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
For what projects/services did your company hire NextLeft, and what were your goals?
NextLeft has been pivotal in helping us really start capitalizing on SEO and Paid digital ads, which we previously hadn't focused on much. We have one team that helps us with the SEO side and a separate team that focuses on paid media.
SOLUTION
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
NextLeft is a partner of another company that we work with, EmpowerFi. They introduced us. We had an introductory call with them and it really felt like they knew what they were talking about and could help us make a difference in the digital space.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and campaigns.
There are so many different aspects that NextLeft has assisted with. On the SEO side, they've taken steps to identify what keywords we should be focused on, what content we should be adding to our site, backlinking to other sites, and setting up tracking to see the journey of the member. On the paid media side, they helped us get set up to use Google Ads, and get our Social Media advertising ready to go. They help optimize the targeting and making sure our ads are performing at their best. If something isn't, they provide recommendations on what we can change.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We have an overall project manager for SEO and an overall project manager for Paid Media. Then there are 2 others, 1 for SEO and 1 for Paid Media that help make the actual updates and recommendations based on their knowledge. All the people we've worked with over the past couple of years have been wonderful.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Since we've started working with NextLeft, we've seen a large increase in the number of keywords that we are ranking on page 1 for, and each month we continue to see improvement in page rankings and keyword rankings. We've also seen an impressive amount of traffic to our paid ads, with a very low cost per click.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
We have bi-monthly meetings with each group and utilize google docs to help keep us organized and provide us access to any documents we may need. They're always on top of it when it comes to following up on deliverables and making sure we're working to provide them with what they need to keep our projects moving smoothly.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Honestly, the people are so nice! Their knowledge is impressive and we've seen lots of great results, but they're also a joy to work with. We always look forward to our meetings with NextLeft.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
If I had to say one thing, i think we'd like to see better timeliness of responses on the Paid Media team side - but other than that it's been a great company to work with and we always talk them up when we're asked about NextLeft.
