As a part of this pro bono initiative, Polcode delivered a platform based on Python, ReactJS, and Serverless architecture. The project included a web-based front end with a facility search engine and an administrative panel enabling volunteers to add and edit facilities.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Successfully created a platform meeting K.I.D.S. Foundation requirements, enabling quick access to information about children’s hospitals. Implemented the Ukrainian language translation mechanism, which expanded platform accessibility.

Despite being a pro bono project, Polcode demonstrated great flexibility and adaptation to the NGO’s needs, supporting the K.I.D.S. Foundation in making key decisions regarding platform development. Despite limited time and resources, the project was completed ahead of schedule.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Polcode’s engagement exceeded typical collaboration. Their pro bono commitment meant they contributed their expertise as volunteers, fully embracing the K.I.D.S. Foundation’s vision. Their flexibility and willingness to adapt technology to cost constraints were exceptional.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Polcode could have done differently?

Looking at the overall collaboration, I don’t see any significant areas requiring improvement. The project implementation proceeded smoothly and professionally, achieving set goals while maintaining high-quality standards.

Polcode's task was to build a learning prompt mechanism, the result of which is the preparation of a cold email communication scenario for prospecting campaigns.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We shortened the time needed to prepare communication scenarios by 2x. Moreover, the project paid for itself after only 20 scenarios written by the model, i.e. in about 20-25 working days.

With Polcode we worked iteratively, from workshop to workshop, jointly analyzing the results obtained by the implementation of the prompt. After the 3rd meeting we developed a result that satisfies us. The project was completed within the planned time, mainly thanks to efficient project cooperation.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Polcode took on a difficult project at the intersection of AI and creativity. In my opinion, not every agency takes such a risk, so I appreciate the commitment and conducting the project in the right way.

I have no tips here. The project was carried out perfectly.

The primary goal is to make sure client websites are backed up in the event of a hosting failure.

They perform site backups and platform updates on a quarterly basis. They also provide on-demand website development for several clients, implementing the most current platforms and the most up-to-date security.

I am confident that my clients are receiving excellent support and recommendations. This has allowed me to significantly expand my website development business.

My company sells electronics, gadgets, and daily carry products and operates two distribution centers for retail and wholesale.

We needed them to fix endless bugs and malfunctions on our online store, to improve its performance and to add features.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted a stable platform which could handle a lot of visits during campaigns and also monitor problems and possible downtime.

How did you select this vendor?

I had worked with more than 12 other firms before I found Polcode. I was impressed with their deep knowledge of Magento, PHP, and moderating servers.

They analyzed our platform to find the sources of the problems we were facing. They then planned fixes and updates, including fixes to minor parts of the platform and features. Fixes included server error, code quality, appearance, and speed optimization. We consulted with them in a lot of areas and they addressed our digital marketing needs.

We worked with two developers and a project manager throughout the engagement.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Our online store is working perfectly and has stabilized sooner than we anticipated. They’ve saved us time with their quality work. They answered our questions better than we expected. I'm renewing my contract with Polcode and not planning to find another service provider.

Our communication and management were seamless and smooth. We used Trello to monitor tasks and email to contact other parties, such as a payment service provider.
