I'm a Founder and a Director of Medentee Limited. By utilizing ever evolving modern IT technologies we are passionate and dedicated to creating solutions for efficient interaction between healthcare professionals. For custom software development of our platform we needed to hire software developers. We needed to find several professionals in outstaffing mode to supplement our software development team.

Our priorities for selecting a company for this purpose were trust and professionalism.

Among seven companies that we've shortlisted I've found out that Technorely Inc. had developers with the skills that we needed, its management was very attentive to all the information that we've provided and delved deep into the project details even during the stage of negotiations in order to better understand our needs. I also felt trust to the management of the company.

Both of the founders are experienced software developers by themselves.

The development team from Technorely participated and contributed significantly to the ongoing development of our project, using agile Scrum framework. The technologies used are mainly React and Node.js. They performed their tasks in professional way and maintained high work ethics.

We cooperated in outstaffing mode with 5 people from Technorely: 1 Frontend React Developer, 1 Backend Node.js developer, 1 Full-stack Node.js developer, Business Analyst and DevOps. All of the hires were professional and naturally integrated into our development team.

We've got not only a professional team of software developers from Technorely Inc., but also a valuable advice from its management going beyond just technical cooperation. The Technorely staff contributed significantly to progress of our project.

The most important part of our communication and cooperation with Technorely management was their readiness to discuss any emerging challenges of the project and always finding a solution to any situation. It was very important for me to feel that I have a trustful partner on the other side. It was a fruitful cooperation.

They were always available and quick to react to any request. The means of communication were Zoom, Telegram, emails and personal face to face meetings.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I'm witnessing continuous efforts for improvement and an excellent attitude towards a customer. This company is a learning organization, and I'm sure that its management is making everything possible to become more professional with every day. This company can be a long-term partner for any projects and not only for short-time service.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There is always place for improvement for every company. What is important that Technorely team is very attentive to the customer's feedback and making everything possible to improve without delay. Overall service quality is already on high level, but they are working hard to become even better.

I am a Founder at Korporatio, which is the first firm to enable 100% legal companies through Blockchain Technology on Ethereum. We are building our platform to make it easy for entrepreneurs to create and manage smart companies globally, paperless, and completely digital.

We approached Technorely with an idea to create a system that would connect the Blockchain technology with existing corporate laws of the selected jurisdictions.

What were your goals for this project?

Having a basic version of Korporatio we needed to upgrade and improve it. We wanted to create a new architecture suitable for scaling and updates.

We started the cooperation with a series of calls to understand the requirements and how the new architecture should have been structured. The main object was to expand the team as soon as possible. During the first phase I work closely with the lead developer in order to ensure deliveries were smooth and features were allow by the corporate laws. After few initial months we decided to expand the team and therefore gained additional resources from the vendor. I took the role of designer/product manager giving guidelines to the team but still letting them adding as much of their expertise as possible.

What was the team composition?

Initially we had an Architect working at the project. After the investigation phase was done, we got a Front End and Smart Contract developers as well as a project manager as a dedicated team. Our team will probably grow in the future.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The implementation of the new solution helped each user to save hundreds of dollars per year in governance fees. The new UI/UX helped to reach users from 14 countries with main sectors as blockchain, fintech, startups, e-commerces, commodities production and consulting firms. Development of new features helped incorporation agents saving serious time in communication and internal workflows, making them saving weeks per years and therefore thousands of dollars. The help of Technorely gave Korporatio the possibility to expand the Smart Company model from 1 country to currently 4 with other 3 in development.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

To have a dedicated team means we have to run weekly meetings to understand how the development is going. It requires a lot of attention in order to minimize as much bottle-necks as possible along the sprint. Jira, Discord and GitLab, are the selected tools to ensure daily communication and updates can be provided in a fast and transparent way.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We started our communication directly with one of the founders of the company who has a vast experience in Blockchain technology that made the communication process easy and clear for us. We were surprised to get ideas and suggestions from the vendor beside the tasks we set for them. Technorely stands out because they have a thorough approach to their customer taking the success of the project they are going to implement as their own. They are actually dedicated to what they do.

Are there any areas for improvement?

We are talking about a team completely decentralised, working in 2 different time zones and from completely different cultures. In simple, there are always going to be areas of improvement, from every side. However, after one year of working together, the product is solid, users are happy and the company is growing stronger everyday. I believe we are doing just fine.

In the rare circumstance where a person didn't work out, the process for offboarding should be better defined.
