The project scope included designing and developing a web platform with multiple user levels to provide us with an instrument that allowed collecting requests from social workers and automatically process them to a 3rd party services.

Now we have a web portal for social workers to use if they need to leave a request for somebody. All requests are gathered to the admin panel where we can work with them. The requests are also automatically redirected to our accounting platform, so we can automatically create invoices, add new vendors etc.

The application is basically a robust event calendar for a large segment of the population to see the company’s events, which they do a lot of. Because of the pandemic, it has become increasingly important for them to give people access to these events via virtual platforms.
