Total Secure currently manages our network and ensures we are secure and compliant. On top of that, they outfit our employees with computers as needed and they provide on demand tech support for any issues that arise.

We have not had any issues with security. Our technology is operating efficiently with little downtime. Our technical support needs are being met in a timely manner.

Like many companies, turnover often creates delays and lapses in efficiency. There were times when things were delayed. However, they are very receptive and quick to pivot to fit our needs. They also, host quarterly meetings to discuss their performance and areas of improvement.
