Fix bug when reading qtdf files with multiple textures

If the pre-generated distance field cache spans multiple textures,
then the bottom most glyphs will expand beyond what is reported as
the maximum texture size, due to a hot fix made for QTBUG-76528.

When fixing QTBUG-149508, a stronger restriction was added on the
glyph rects, ensuring that they do not expand beyond the texture.
This was to protect against malformed qtdf tables and the main
purpose was to keep the values from overflowing into negative
numbers.

Checking the height against maxSize * 2 instead ensures that we also
accept glyphs that expand beyond the texture size while keeping the
fix for QTBUG-149508 for any reasonable texture size.

This adds tests for both QTBUG-149508 and QTBUG-150766 to ensure
both problems are covered.

QStylekitStyle: Don't always populate local cache when updating control

Widgets query the style for size hints way before any drawing. Also
a lot of style queries for font and palette information as well as
reader setups happen at polish() time before any draw calls. During
this time, the reader was unecessarily flipping states and populating
the local storage needed for potential transitions. This is unecessary
work at this time, since we don't need to run transitions before
drawing and we can get the property values directly from the style
without needing to populate the local storage.
To avoid this, make it possible to call updateControl with a parameter
to be able to configure if the reader should update the local storage
or not and call it as needed from the widget style.
This optimization cuts startup time and paint time considerably
(50% - 65%).

StyleKit, fallback: align switchControl with checkBox

checkBox hides indicator.foreground when not checked.
This makes it easy to change the indicator.foreground.color,
since the color will only show when the checkBox is checked.

switchControl, on the other hand, solves it differently.
Rather than hiding the foreground when unchecked, it
sets the color to transparent.

That forces a style designer who wants to override the switch
color to handle both the checked and the unchecked state.

This patch will instead ensure that switch works the same
way as a checkbox, and instead hide the foreground when unchecked.

Worth picking to 6.12.0, since changing it after StyleKit's
first release would break existing styles.

qqmljsscope::inherits(): don't crash on null arguments

Make inherits() return false for empty arguments. In QTBUG-149360, users
try to use qmllint on Qt5 projects and qmllint's resolveType() method
might return null on missing or incomplete QtQuick QML modules, which
might make the qdslintplugin and quicklintplugin crash when passing the
null result of resolveType() to inherits().
