Support masking of QQuickItems

Adding a new property, containsMask, to QQuickItem, that can be set
to any QObject defining a
Q_INVOKABLE bool contains(const QPointF &point).
When this property is set, the mask object contains method is used in
place of the item own contains method.

Add a speed property to AnimatedImage

QMovie handles most of AnimatedImage's behaviors and already provides a
speed property (that is a percentage, 100% by default). This commit only
offers the possibility to change its value from the QML.

Documentation has been missing since the beginning.

Making it an uncreatable type provides the opportunity to associate
the C++ type with the QML type so that the latter can be used in the
QML documentation, as opposed to simply registering the C++ type
with no QML name as was done before.

Add new PathAngleArc type

This type allows working with arcs in different ways (based
on angles rather than start/end positions) that can be more
intuitive for certain use cases (such as a circular
progress indicator).

Automatically register the latest import version

This follows what was done in d28c9f6a for Qt Quick Controls 2.
The latest import version (e.g. 2.11 in Qt 5.11) will automatically be
registered whenever the Qt version is bumped.

This avoids needing to wait until a new type is added (or a new
revision is added to an existing type) before being able to use the
newest Qt Quick version.
