<title>Propagate ignored shortcut key events in quick text edit to parent</title>

The delivery agent generally accepts key events before sending them to
the quick item; the corresponding item can further accept or ignore
those events.

The reason that the user can't override the shortcut key event in the
quick text edit is that these events are marked as accepted by default
in the delivery agent, and the quick text edit also doesn't explicitly
handle the read-only case, which causes the event state to remain as
accepted.

This patch ignores the shortcut override event by default in the
delivery agent. Also, make the quick text edit to execute the
configured key handler to either accept or ignore before processing
the events. This gives the chance to execute the required shortcut
actions.

After 90d3fac73a10b9363fd34e6757cc730d7a0c086c we got a regression on
Android at least: if you long-press to select a word, selection handles
appear; then when you release, there's a QTouchEvent which is left
unhandled, and then a synth-mouse release. In this case, we don't want
to call setCursorPosition(), because it de-selects the selection that
was just made by the input method.

But the intention was to be able to set the cursor position (and also
deselect text) by tapping on a touchscreen on other platforms that don't
have text selection handles. (It seems to be consistent with Android
behavior: there you can also deselect and move the cursor by simply
tapping.) To avoid changing that behavior, we now set a flag if we get
a mouse press and then a QInputMethodEvent with a Selection attribute,
indicating that text got selected that way; and in that case, don't
call setCursorPosition().

<title>Propagate ShortcutOverride events up the parent chain</title>

As with key events, ShortcutOverride events have to propagate up the
parent chain so that parent items can override shortcuts with their own
key handling.

For that to work, items that implement shortcutOverride but don't handle
the event must explicitly ignore it, as the events, like all input
events are accepted by default.

This revealed that QQuickTextEdit (via QQuickTextControl) and
QQuickTextInput did not correclty ignore unhandled shortcut overrides,
so fix those implementations. As a drive-by, explicitly capture the
event parameter in the QML test's signal handler.

When you drag a finger across a TextEdit, it should not select text.
- your finger probably covers several characters, so you can't see where
  you're selecting until afterwards
- if the item is in a Flickable, flicking by touch should be prioritized
- if flicking happens, the text cursor should not move; but to avoid
losing too much functionality, we allow it to move on release, if
the TextEdit gets the release (i.e. if it still has the exclusive
  grab)

So now we distinguish mouse events that are synthesized from non-mouse
devices and avoid mouse-like behaviors as described above, but there is
no behavior change if the event comes from an actual mouse or touchpad.

Since most users want selecting text by mouse to "just work", and an
actual mouse is precise enough to do so, and dragging a Flickable with
the mouse is unintuitive (since most UIs don't allow it and most mice
have wheels), selectByMouse now defaults to true, and has the stricter
meaning that its name implies. To select text on a touchscreen, the
end-user needs to rely on text-selection handles, which are provided on
touch-centric mobile platforms, and could also be implemented from
scratch if someone builds a custom text field using TextInput.

In QQuickPressHandler::mousePressEvent() we give the original event's
device to the delayed press event, now that we check the device to
distinguish "real" mouse events from those that are synthesized from
touch.

[ChangeLog][QtQuick][TextEdit] The selectByMouse property is now enabled
by default, but no longer enables selecting by dragging your finger
across text on a touchscreen. Platforms that are optimized for
touchscreens normally use special text-selection handles, which interact
with Qt via QInputMethod. You can opt out of the behavior change by
using an import version &lt; 6.4.

Input events are accepted by default, and get ignored by the default
event handler implementations. By overriding an event handler, the events
get accepted, unless ignored explicitly.

Since QQuickTextControl does not handle any key release events, it should
explicitly ignore all of them, not just Key_Back (ignoring of which was
added in 798112b6532a3c66abff630327d29a980a525f25).

Fixes: QTBUG-95073
