<title>QQuickTableView: use correct model when checking if an item is editable</title>

When TableView needs to resolve if a model item is editable, it needs
to call QAbstractItemModel::flags(modelIndex). But as it stood, it would
call this function on the internal proxy model set by TreeModel, using a
QModelIndex from the application model (tappedIndex).

Since tappedIndex belongs to the application model, this patch
makes sure that we ask the application model, and not the proxy
model, if the given model item is editable.

<title>TreeView: document how to implement expanding indicators</title>

Being able to rotate the expanded/collapsed indicator
in a TreeView is assumed to be a normal request. But
it's not very intuitive to implement, since TreeView will
do a relayout when you expand or collapse a node, which
will cause existing delegates to be reused. If a delegate
has an ongoing animations at this point, it will look weird.
In order to solve that, you need to use the
TableView.onPooled/onReused signals, which is not intuitive.

Until (and if) we have have a more explicit API to support
this, at least show in the documented example how it can be
done.

The quick table view can have both QAbstractItemModel and JS value
as its model. The table view release and load the items (or rebuild)
when its assigned with new model. The newmodel always be compared
with existing model before rebuild via
QQuickTableViewPrivate::syncModel. This comparison works with
QAbstractItemModel but the same fails with JS model.

This patch adds additional validation in
QQuickTableViewPrivate::syncModel and QQuickTableViewPrivate::setModel
for comparing JS model to avoid rebuild when existing model
overwritten with same model again.

Deprecate modelIndex(row, column) in favor of a new
function index(row, column), starting from Qt 6.4.3.

This has the advantage that we can print out a deprecation
warning when modelIndex() is is used at run-time from QML.
This will inform the developer early on that he should
avoid using modelIndex(row, column), since the argument
order differs between different versions of Qt.

Relying on compile time deprecation macros alone will not
work, since the API break is in a private class and only
used publicly from QML (except for our own internal auto
tests).

Since the equivalent function in QAIM is also called
index(row, column), this will additionally make the
naming more consistent with the model classes.

[ChangeLog][Quick][TableView] modelIndex(row, column)
has been deprecated in favor of index(row, column).
