Every time we first run runtests with -j and then again *without* -j, this message was shown: "Warning: $runnerid: cleardir(log) failed" Not anymore.

Analysis of PR #18404 at 134d4b49: Test ../../tests/http/test_10_proxy.py::TestProxy::test_10_08_upload_seq_large[data-100k-20-h2-h2] failed, which has NOT been flaky recently, so there could be a real issue in this PR.
