View account information

Use the Admin UI for InfluxDB Cloud Dedicated to view information for your Cloud Dedicated account. Your InfluxDB Cloud Dedicated account is a collection of InfluxDB Cloud Dedicated clusters and associated resources.

Access the Admin UI

  1. To access the InfluxDB Cloud Dedicated Admin UI, visit the following URL in your browser:

    https://console.influxdata.com
    
  2. Use the credentials provided by InfluxData to log into the Admin UI. If you don’t have login credentials, contact InfluxData support.

View account information

After you log in to the Admin UI, the Account Management portal displays the following information about your account:

  • Account ID
  • Contract status
  • Contract start date
  • The list of clusters associated with the account

If using Docker to install and run InfluxDB, the latest tag will point to InfluxDB 3 Core. To avoid unexpected upgrades, use specific version tags in your Docker deployments. For example, if using Docker to run InfluxDB v2, replace the latest version tag with a specific version tag in your Docker pull command–for example:

docker pull influxdb:2
