We have ispconfig 3.1.15P3 multiple server setup,
1) Master ispconfig server
2) 5 web servers (client )
3) mariadb cluster ( proxy using localhost)
4) Percona db cluster (client)


When i try to create database from ispconfig UI -> database -> Add New database -> selecting percona db host, selection web site URL, adding required information and save.
process remain stucks, showing on red boll top of the UI
