Newbie instructions for building gcj for Windows

It didn't build for me.  Oh, I see you used --enable-threads=posix... gcc
still defaults to win32 for cygwin.  That's gotta be a mistake.

Anyway, boehm-gc/configure.in doesn't appear to handle Cygwin and posix
threads, so I'd think you're getting a broken GC.
