PATCH: Use abi_baseline_triplet for freebsd*

Thanks Phil for adding the required support.  As committed.

	* configure.target (freebsd*): Use abi_baseline_triplet.
	* config/abi/i386-unknown-freebsd4/baseline_symbols.txt: New file.
	* config/abi/i386-unknown-freebsd4.7/baseline_symbols.txt: Remove.
