Gallery Editor issue: Modification of filter cannot be saved

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Open a picture
2. Click on the pencil icon (Gallery: edit) to open Editor
3. Click on the Gallery: Filter icon to open the Filter
4. Choose any filter and click on the tick icon (Save as)
5. In Save as dialog, click on the "OK" button
6. Picture disappears, the Editor UI struck, save operation doesn't begin

Expected behavior

After clicking on "Okay" button in "Save as" dialog, Gallery Editor will show saving toast and soon go back to the gallery picture viewer after saving.

Actual behavior

Nothing happens, Editor doesn't stop working but just won't save picture in filter page.
