[Bug] Frame View do not work properly after panning image

Describe the Bug

As the title show, click frame view and panning one of the images, all images panning synchronously.
image scrolling failed after that.

Steps to Reproduce

1. open https://viewer-dev.ohif.org/
2. select one and click basic viewer
3. click frame view and panning one of the images
4. scrolling images

Hi @sedghi . No it is not. Only the syncing of first frame was fixed.
