First render of components

Hi Chris,

I have html pages and a multi page app setup. Is it possible to get the first render of reef component happens organically with the browser rendering the html page? Then after the first render the reactivity as usual.

If I understand correctly, you'd like the initial HTML to come from the server, and then Reef to take-over once the user starts interacting with it?

If so, I don't have a great solution for that, because it's not really what Reef is designed for.
