Hey, I've had something similar happen before. Unfortunately once the billing gets into that locked state, there's really nothing you can do from your end - only GitHub support can unlock it. What probably happened is their fraud detection or some validation check flagged something with your card or address, and when that happens it basically locks the whole billing profile. That's why the Edit button disappeared. Here's what I'd suggest:

I was trying to purchase a Copilot subscription, but while entering my billing information, I made a mistake. As a result, access to editing the billing information was locked.
There is no Edit button available to update or correct the billing details. I opened a support ticket explaining the issue, but received no response for several weeks. After that, I opened another ticket, and now it has been over a month with no reply either.
What am I supposed to do in this situation?
How can I update my billing information and complete the Copilot subscription purchase?
Why am I unable to spend my own money on your service?
I would appreciate a clear explanation and a solution as soon as possible.
