Flesh out Docker infrastructure #208
Description
connect_to_m2_server(), which is used to connect to local Docker containers, isn't exported. Let's clean that up with a easy and simple interface enabling users to connect to local Docker instances, e.g. on Windows. Things to consider include the name of the Docker server and the provisioning of the image (as well as its name).
