my evil portal is not working #1

it was working fine a few weeks ago. haven't used it again till now. i hit the start button then auto start and then activate. i have my test computer and test phone join the network and nothing. im never redirected. i used portal auth to download a captive portal. and it does show on the live preview. but my targets never see the page... any advice??
