@KhalfounMehdi, please see #282 for how to get started with a translation. The first step would be to put up a nearly empty PO file for Arabic.

I looked for an Arabic translation of the Rust Book, but there doesn't seem to be one: https://doc.rust-lang.org/book/appendix-06-translation.html. That's not a problem, of course, it just means that you have to establish the Arabic terminology yourself.
