I copy a image， there is no image file. I screenshot a image， image file will be created。

I am on windows7 gvim, I copy a image， after i enter the keybind, the directory will be created, but there is no image file.
But when I screenshot a image ，the directory and picture will be created。so i don't know what happend,why ?

I'd imagine if you've copied the file it's going to be using a file handler rather than using the raw image data, such as what is used by screenshot.
