Support GLOBSTARSHORT

Why not add support for a [no]globstarshort option, like in zsh?

For example:

**.ext # **/*.ext

[isaacs]

It should be opt-in rather than opt-out, because bash is the target reference implementation, but sure, it'd be fine to have.
