Add examples for “Contributing” section in README #21

Hi! I was reading through the README and noticed that it recommends having a “Contributing” section, which is great. However, I couldn’t find any examples or templates showing how new contributors can actually follow it.

It would be really helpful if the docs could include:

  • Sample templates for opening issues and pull requests
  • Guidance on structuring a “Contributing” section
  • Links to common contributing guidelines, if available

Right now, it just mentions that a “Contributing” section is recommended, so new contributors might be unsure where to start.

Adding a small subsection with examples would make it much easier for people to contribute. Thanks!
