Jenkins 2.522 / 2.523 not recognize codebuild

io.jenkins.plugins.casc.UnknownAttributesException: cloud: No hudson.slaves.Cloud implementation found for codeBuild

We try to upgrade our jenkins to 2.523 and the plugin version 0.9.23.v96779e2e6251 doesn't work with jenkins 2.522 and 2.523 anynmore.

It works with 2.521

What Operating System are you using (both controller, and any agents involved in the problem)?

Jenkins 2.521 on ECS with the plugin verions 0.9.23.v96779e2e6251

Reproduction steps

Jenkins 2.521 with plugin version 0.9.23.v96779e2e6251
upgrade to 2.522 or 2.523
Jenkins failed to start :
io.jenkins.plugins.casc.UnknownAttributesException: cloud: No hudson.slaves.Cloud implementation found for codeBuild

Expected Results

Jenkins starts with the codebuild plugin

Actual Results

Jenkins is not starting and an exception is raised :
io.jenkins.plugins.casc.UnknownAttributesException: cloud: No hudson.slaves.Cloud implementation found for codeBuild

I would like to confirm this bug. Happens on our Jenkins instance as well. Is there anything I can help with to get this bug resolved?
