[JENKINS-72391] Cleanup of jarCache #1494

@jenkins-infra-bot

Description

@jenkins-infra-bot

I just tried to find some documentation on the remoting/jarCache files saved for the corresponding remote host. While the log files seem to receive some regular cleanup, I can find some files inside the jarCache which are from January and thus quite old.

For this reason, I would like to see some documentation on how to possibly automate such cleanup or how to detect which JAR files I could safely remove.
